The Encore Society allows buyers to have the best experience possible when making a purchase.
Cancellations
Prior to shipping or pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours.
Buyers must notify Encore Society support to notify within 24 hours of purchase if they would like to cancel an order.
Once a courier has been selected to pick up and deliver your piece, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for both the outbound shipping costs and the costs to return the order to the seller.
To initiate a cancellation please email support@theencoresociety.com and have your order number ready.
Returns
In the event that your item is broken during transit, didn't arrive, or is completely different from the piece you ordered - You're covered.
For all other cases, buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their piece and contact The Encore support team.
All sales are final 48 hours after delivery if a buyer has not contacted The Encore Society.
To request a return, please email support@encoresociety.com and include the order number and the reason for your return.
For approved returns that are not covered by The Encore Society, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping and 20% restocking fee.
Local Pickup & Local Delivery sales are final once the buyer takes possession of an item.
How To Return An Item
The Encore Society assists in the arrangement of freight for the pickup and delivery of the return.
If an order falls outside of The Encore Societies Buyer Protection, outbound and return shipping charges will be deducted from the buyer's original purchase price and taxes if applicable
Encore Society collects payment from buyers at the time of purchase and only releases payment to the Seller after the returns window has passed.

Encore Society support will reach out to confirm your return request.
Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to the seller.
Returns for Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery items:
All sales are final for local pickup. If a buyer decides to cancel an order at pick up, please contact Encore Society.
We encourage buyers to inspect photos and product details closely before purchase to prevent unwanted returns.
