Pickup
After you sell a piece on The Encore Society, our shipping team will receive the order and book your pickup & delivery with one of our curated logistic partners.
Once one of our logistic partners accepts your order, our shipping team will contact you to confirm the pickup date and time for your piece.
Once your piece has been picked up, our shipping team will confirm the pickup and release 50% of your funds.
Delivery
Once your piece has been delivered to the buyer, our shipping team will follow up with the buyer to confirm the delivery within the 48-hour return window. After the delivery has been confirmed and finalized with the buyer, the remaining 50% of your funds will be released.
Returns
Encore Society buyers have 48 hours after delivery to request a return. 48 hours after delivery, all sales are considered final.
If the artist/seller is not responsible for any item inconsistencies from the listing and no damage occurred during transport, the buyer is responsible for all outbound and return delivery charges.
The buyer will be refunded after the item has been returned to the seller in good order.
In order to avoid returns, please be sure to be as accurate, clear, and specific about the description and condition of your pieces. Include multiple clear, well-lit photos.
If a buyer contacts you directly requesting a return, please contact The Encore Society Support.
If The Encore Society is made aware that the listing information was inaccurate, we will charge the seller for both outbound and return delivery charges.
