Encore Shipping Service

The Encore Shipping Service provides artists with a full-service, in-home shipping solution so they can focus on what they love, creating beautiful works of art! 

If an artist selects to provide shipping while creating their listing, The Encore Shipping Service will take over after the listing has sold to ensure a quick pickup and delivery of the piece. 

Artists are not required to do any packing prior to shipping, our team will pick up each item and will then wrap, box or crate as needed. 

Who Covers The Cost of Shipping? 

At The Encore Society, buyers will always cover the shipping cost that is calculated for them at checkout based on the piece and their location.

The Encore Society provides buyers and sellers with first-class in-home delivery on all domestic orders through our Encore Shipping service to guarantee the fastest, safest, and most reliable solution. 

What If I Choose Local Pickup? 

Local delivery allows a buyer to reduce shipping costs by receiving their order from the artist in person.

• Local curbside delivery handled by the artist/seller
• Please contact the buyer/seller within 7 days to coordinate delivery

After purchase, the buyer must contact the seller to coordinate a delivery date and time. 

Failure to coordinate local delivery within 7 business days could result in a cancellation. 

Artists must ensure the item is prepared and available at the agreed-upon location, date, and time. 

All sales are final once the buyer takes possession of the piece.
