Now that your seller account has been approved, you can start creating your first listing!
Before you begin working on your first listing, please review the Encore Society Product Listing Guidelines to ensure your listing is not closed.
1. Click on your initials or profile image in the upper right-hand side of your account.
2. Choose "Your Listings"
3. Click “Sell your Furniture”
4. Add all of the details for your new listing.
- Title: Create a short but descriptive title
- Description: Quality of the piece, story about it, if there is any existing damage or any details that would best describe your product
- Category: Choose the best category, subcategory, and style for your piece.
- Dimension: Should be accurate as it will play a part in determining the cost of shipping
- Number of pieces: Number of items included in the listing - i.e. Set of 4 chairs = 4
- Weight: Try to be as accurate as possible, though this number could be estimated if no scale is available.
5. Click "Next: Pricing and Stock"
- Price per Item: Price depends on the total number of pieces you have per item.
- Old Price per item: This is where you update the price when you want to put the item on sale.
- Stock: Inventory per item - i.e. 3 sets of 4 chairs = 3
6. Click "Next: Delivery"
- Pick up: Were pickup would occur for a local pickup of your piece.
- Shipping: Enter the address where the items can be picked up by the courier for shipping.
7. Click "Next: Photos"
- Recommendations: 2000x2000 on both sides - JPG, GIF or PNG & max 20 MB per image.
- The first First image should have a white background for consistency with all the other listings.
8. Click "Publish Listing"
9. Before the listing can go live, your payout information should be updated to be able to do a direct deposit after a piece sells.
10. To ensure that the direct deposit is successful, make sure you “GET VERIFIED”
